Jessica is the founder and Managing Director of Make the Change Consultancy which supports businesses to win funding and realise business efficiencies. She is a mechanical engineer and has held senior positions in global metal industry companies and more recently worked with the public sector.
She has a track record of delivering transformation and sustainable change. With Jessica’s skills alongside her energy and drive she will be a tremendous asset for faith in families especially with our ambitious plans for the future.
In her spare time she loves coast walking and following her football team Swansea city.
