“I have always lived in Swansea, growing up in Winch Wen and attending Cefn Hengoed School. I have recently retired having spent the last 20 +years in roles that focussed on tackling poverty and social exclusion; Communities First Co-ordinator in Bonymaen, Welsh Government’s Child Poverty Unit, Swansea Council’s Tackling Poverty Manager and most recently I set up Crisis UKs only Welsh homelessness services.
Having previously worked with Faith in Families as a partner organisation I am delighted to have been appointed as a Trustee of this great organisation.
I am passionate about tackling social injustice and creating a society where everyone has the support to find their individual talent and fulfil their potential.”
