Lisa Morgan

My name is Reverend Lisa Morgan, and I’m privileged to be one of Faith in Families trustees.

I was ordained in 2020, and have served in the West Radnor ministry area, a very rural part of Wales, and now I’m in Swansea, serving the Swansea ministry area, with responsibility for Townhill. Prior to being ordained, I worked in education and in retail. I’m married to Nigel, who is joyfully retired, and I have a large and wonderful family, especially loving my Mamgu status!

I enjoy travelling, one of my children lives in the USA so I like to be able to travel to see him and his family once a year, and I love music, we often go to gigs and music festivals when we are able.

I’m so excited to be working with Faith in Families, there are few more important thing than getting children off to the right start in life, especially through education, and its hard to learn when you don’t have access to the right equipment. Our Cwtch Mawr project seeks to remedy that, by getting learning tools, sports equipment, and warm clothes, into the hands of those who most need them. Of course, FinF does so much more, providing play and learning opportunities to children and carers, giving a helping hand to anyone who needs it.

I look forward to getting to know everyone involved in Faith in Families, and to continue to aid in such an essential and much needed work.
