A retired teacher, Julian has been the Chair of the Personnel Sub-Committee since its inception. He has extensive experience and knowledge of employment law e.g. handling disciplinary hearings, grievances, redundancy processes, long-term sickness management etc.
He has also a great support during the building phase of our first purpose built family centre in St Johns Brecon, aiding in keeping a handle on the budget and schedule of works.
