Faith in Families would like to thank Jessica Harrington who has come to the end of her three-year term as a Trustee.
During her time with us, Jess has contributed thoughtful insight and constructive challenge, helping to support the charity’s ongoing development and strategic direction.
She has been particularly supportive in key planning discussions and has played a helpful role in progressing elements of our work, including the development of the Bonymaen Community Cwtch Capital Build project. Her ability to bring people together and keep a focus on next steps has been valued. Faith in Families has secured £248,975 from the Welsh Government’s Health and Social Care Integration and Rebalancing Capital Fund to develop the next phase of the Bonymaen Community Cwtch project.
This funding supports detailed architectural designs, full planning and the business case for the proposed £3.8 million redevelopment of the former St Margaret’s Church.
Jess has also supported the charity beyond the boardroom, including sponsoring the Style Awards at our Charity Ball over the past two years, contributing to one of our key fundraising events.
We are grateful for the time, commitment and perspective Jessica Harrington has brought to Faith in Families and wish her all the best for the future.
