After a 42-year career across the NHS, I’m proud to bring my experience to Faith in Families as a Trustee. Supporting children and families has always been important to me, which is why the charity’s mission resonates so strongly, and I’m excited to support its future growth and impact.
Hi, I’m Mandy Bayton, Director of Mission for the Diocese of Swansea and Brecon. I’m passionate about justice and inclusion, and I help lead projects like Swansea Night Shelter and Red Letter Christians UK – Wales, connecting faith with action.

I have been involved with Faith In Families in various roles since 2006. I never thought that I’d become the Chair of Trustees of what I think is one of Swansea’s most significant charities, one that constantly punches above its weight.
As a mother of three children, she is deeply invested in the welfare of families in the community and is committed to raising awareness of the work done by Faith in Families.
I recently retired as a financial adviser after 42 years in the industry. I've been married to my wife Karen for over 41 years and have lived in Swansea for over 34 years.
Jessica is the founder and Managing Director of Make the Change Consultancy which supports businesses to win funding and realise business efficiencies.
Helen Bowden’s background is primarily media with experience in radio spanning 30 years. She presented and then worked up to management and was Station Director of The Wave and Swansea Sound for 7 years.
