How the Partnership Works
We operate through a referral-only model. That means support reaches the right people, at the right time, through services that already know them.
As a partner, you’ll:
- Identify individuals or families who would benefit from support
- Submit referrals through a simple, standard process
- Provide clear information so we can prepare the right items
- Collect items and distribute them safely and respectfully
- Keep us updated on any changes or concerns
In return, we provide:

The Referral Process
We keep things simple and consistent:
- You submit a referral with the relevant details

- You collect from Cwtch Mawr at an agreed time
- Items are delivered to the individual or family
