I’m Dwayne, a proud father of two and someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in my community. As the Head of Applications at Welsh Water, I bring over 20 years’ experience in IT, with much of my career spent in digital leadership roles focused on people, transformation and change.
I’m incredibly proud to join Faith in Families as a Trustee and honoured to have the opportunity to contribute to a charity that has such a profound impact on the families it supports. I’m looking forward to bringing my experience and skills to the Board, helping the charity realise its ambitions for growth so it can support even more families and communities with more hugs, not handouts.
