How the Partnership Works

We operate through a referral-only model. That means support reaches the right people, at the right time, through services that already know them.

As a partner, you’ll:

  • Submit referrals through a simple, standard process
  • Provide clear information so we can prepare the right items
  • Collect items and distribute them safely and respectfully
  • Keep us updated on any changes or concerns

The Referral Process

  • Items are delivered to the individual or family
