Jan is a proud retired Nurse and NHS Manager having an NHS career spanning 42yrs. She worked across all sectors of the NHS in both operational and strategic levels.
Jan has experience in leadership and team development, financial and strategic planning, capital planning and multi agency stakeholder management and engagement.
Faith in Families mission to promote the welfare of families and children resonates with the work she was involved in Swansea Healthy City status with the first objective of ’giving every child the best start in life’.
Jan is proud and excited to be a Trustee and looks forward to using her experience to continue to contribute to Faith in Families goals and future ambitions.
