At Faith in Families, our mission is to transform the lives of children and families living in poverty in the Swansea Bay area. Thanks to the incredible generosity of the Manselton Social Club, who raised an amazing £1,100 through their community fundraising efforts, we are one step closer to achieving that mission.
Manselton Social Club | A Community United for a Cause
The Manselton Social Club chose to support Faith in Families because they share our belief that every child deserves a safe, supportive, and joyful environment. One of the highlights of their fundraising efforts was a fantastic evening of live music featuring the talented singer Paul Brown. How the Money Will Help

- Provide fresh produce for families: For just £10, we can deliver a bag of nutritious food to a family struggling to afford the basics. With this donation, 110 families could benefit from fresh produce.
- Clothe children in need: A £20 donation can provide a pair of shoes or an essential item of clothing for a child. Thanks to the Manselton Social Club’s efforts, we can ensure that children are dressed warmly and comfortably.
- Offer family experiences: With £40, we can fund transport and entrance fees for a family day out. These outings help create happy memories and strengthen family bonds.
- Support childcare and employability: £70 provides childcare for parents who want to attend training or seek employment opportunities, empowering families to work towards a brighter future.
These are just a few examples of how the funds will make a tangible difference to the lives of those we support.
