At Faith in Families, we are thrilled to celebrate a fantastic partnership that has brought significant improvements to our Teilo’s Community Cwtch in Portmead, Swansea. Thanks to the incredible generosity and hard work of Gareth and the team at Adventure Playgrounds Wales, our car park has been transformed from a hazardous, pothole-ridden space into a safe, smooth, and accessible area for families and visitors.
For far too long, the uneven and damaged surface of our car park posed challenges for both drivers and pedestrians. Now, thanks to Gareth and the team’s dedication, the space has been expertly filled and levelled, ensuring a safer environment for everyone who visits our beloved community hub.
This isn’t the first time we’ve had the pleasure of working with Adventure Playgrounds Wales. With over 20 years of experience designing and installing play areas, their expertise has been instrumental in creating our soft play area, funded by the local authority’s childcare grant. Their reputation for high-quality craftsmanship and commitment to safety has made them an invaluable partner in our mission to support children and families across South Wales.

Adventure Playgrounds Wales has built a name for itself in the outdoor leisure industry by providing top-tier playground equipment, safety surfacing, and other specialised services. Their fully in-house team ensures complete oversight of every project, eliminating the need for subcontractors and maintaining the highest quality standards. Their outstanding work with safety surfacing, including wet pour, bonded rubber mulch, and synthetic turf, is recognised across the industry, making them one of the few companies licensed to install TigerMulch, a leading bonded rubber mulch system.
