Join the fun and run this April

  • Date: Sunday 26 April 2026
  • Time: From 12pm
  • Location: Singleton Park, Swansea
  • Distance: Up to 5K, suitable for all fitness levels
  • Dress code: Costumes encouraged
  • Expect: Music, colour stations, and plenty of safe, biodegradable powder

Colour Run Swansea is taking over Singleton Park, and it’s all in support of Faith in Families. Delivered by the brilliant Aspire X Events, this is a 5K where fun comes first and absolutely everyone is welcome.

There are no winners, no timers, and no pressure. Walk it, jog it, dance it, skip bits, stop for photos, it’s your day, your pace. As you make your way around the course, you’ll be blasted with bursts of bright, biodegradable colour, music pumping, and plenty of laughs along the way.

Do one lap or go the whole way, you’ll be cheered on by friendly marshals and surrounded by families, friends, and feel-good vibes. The aim? Get messy, get smiling, and enjoy being part of something brilliant.

Costumes are very much encouraged. Daffodils, dragons, tutus, superheroes, if it’s colourful or joyful, it belongs here.

Every step you take helps Faith in Families support children and families across Swansea Bay, from Community Cwtches and family support to Cwtch Mawr Multibank. It’s colour with a purpose, and fun that gives back.

So grab your people, throw on something bright, and come and make a mess for a great cause

Why Run for Faith in Families?

By taking part in Colour Run Swansea, you’re backing Faith in Families and the everyday support we provide to children and families across Swansea Bay when life feels heavy.

We’re there in our Community Cwtches, offering a safe, welcoming space where families can find warmth, understanding, and a friendly face. Somewhere to belong, not just somewhere to go.

We support children through therapy and emotional support, helping them process trauma, build confidence, and feel safe again, often at the point when families don’t know where else to turn.

We also work alongside families through early help, outreach, and practical support, helping reduce pressure, strengthen relationships, and stop problems from escalating into crisis.

Your support helps make sure these services are there when families need them most steady, local, and rooted in the community.

Every splash of colour, every step taken, helps create brighter futures for children and families right here in Swansea.
