Beth Thomas is an independent mortgage adviser who has been a lifelong resident of Swansea. As a mother of three children, she is deeply invested in the welfare of families in the community and is committed to raising awareness of the work done by Faith in Families.
Beth’s journey with Faith in Families began when she took the initiative to organize a charity gala, Casino Royale, in support of the organization. The event was a tremendous success, raising an impressive £6,000. It was during this event that Beth forged a close connection with Cherrie Bija, CEO of Faith in Families. Inspired by the organization’s mission and the impact it was making, Beth eagerly participated in the epic 100km Wadi Rum Trek Challenge, alongside Cherrie Bija and other supporters. The experience was transformative, fostering lifelong friendships and raising an astonishing £30,000 in support of the charity’s endeavors.
Driven by her passion for the cause and the meaningful relationships she formed, Beth expressed her desire to continue supporting Faith in Families in any way she could. Consequently, she is honored to join the board of trustees in 2024, where she aims to contribute her expertise and dedication to furthering the organization’s mission.
