Meet Faith in Families Trustee Mandy Bayton.
Mandy works as the Director of Mission for the Diocese of Swansea and Brecon in the Church in Wales. A passionate advocate for justice and inclusion, she played a pivotal role in founding and managing Swansea Night Shelter. She’s also a director of the Swansea Positive and the coordinator for Red Letter Christians UK – Wales where she continues to champion causes that connect faith with action.
Beyond her leadership role, Mandy is a mentor, freelance writer and speaker, often being called upon to write and speak on faith, love, hope, justice and inclusion.
She and her husband, Ron, share five children, three grandchildren and a mutt named Bertie.
